New Puppy. Busy Schedule. Too Many Questions?

Most guides tell you what to teach. Very few help you figure out when — around a commute, a partner's shifts and a puppy who needs to go out every couple of hours.

  • When does a 10-week-old actually need to go out?
  • Why do accidents happen right after we come back inside?
  • Who covers the 1 PM potty break on office days?
  • How do I fit naps, meals and training into a workday?

From questions to a calmer day

  1. Step 1

    Answer 9 questions

Your puppy's age, your wake-up and bedtimes, your work schedule and who helps.

  2. Step 2

    Get your routine

Potty breaks, meals, naps, play and short training sessions, in order, with conservative age-based timing.

  3. Step 3

    Follow, track, adjust

Check things off, log potty progress, and move anything that doesn't fit your life.

Your Puppy's Day, Finally Organized.

Here's Maple's full routine. You work at the office, Jordan has morning classes — so mornings need a plan. The builder spots the gap and every event shows who's on it.

  • Potty after waking, eating, playing and napping
  • Conservative breaks by age while awake
  • Fresh water always available — never restricted
  • Alerts when no one is home, with ideas for help
  • No one is available 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

That's 3 h 30 min. At 12 weeks, Maple should get a potty chance about every 3 hours. Please arrange help — a partner, family member, neighbor, pet sitter or dog walker — or talk to your veterinarian or a certified trainer about a safe plan. Avoid leaving Maple confined for this long.

Questions, answered

Is this a subscription?

No. It's a one-time payment of $19. There are no recurring charges, and you keep access to your routine, program and printables.

Can you guarantee my puppy will be potty trained?

No one can honestly guarantee training results — every puppy is different. Puppy Routine Fix helps you plan and stay consistent, which is what most puppies need. For health or behavior concerns, talk to your veterinarian or a certified trainer.

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs in your web browser on your phone or computer. You can add reminders to the calendar you already use.

Can I change the schedule?

Yes. Every time is a suggestion. You can move, add or remove events, change who handles them, or rebuild the routine when your puppy grows.

Are the potty times safe limits?

No. They are conservative, adjustable suggestions based on age — not guaranteed safe limits. Watch your puppy, follow your tracker, and ask your veterinarian if anything seems off.

What if it's not right for me?

See our refund policy for details. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll help.

Puppy Routine Fix shares general, educational information based on positive-reinforcement principles. It is not veterinary or behavioral advice. Suggested times are adjustable and are not guaranteed safe limits.
